Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds or replacements will be honoured up to 30 days from original purchase.

Damaged or Faulted Product

BC Liquor Board policy requires name, contact information and reason for returns of damaged or faulted products.

Wines over 10 years old are final sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
